Our office staff use state of the art service management software to deal with customer demands as quickly and smoothly as possible. If a Coolcheck engineer cannot fix the problem on site they will relay the necessary information to the service department who will prepare a quote for repair or order the required parts immediately depending on your requirements.
Our engineers have satellite navigation trackers fitted to their vans to aid our office staff and ensure your time cannot be wasted. Our engineers service; ice machines, fridges, freezers, cellar cooling, cold rooms, freezer rooms, and all types of air conditioning.
Coolcheck’s service department offers a 24 hour, 7 days a week service that has been trusted and used by those who cannot afford to compromise quality for many years. Notable examples include the Freeman Hospital and Greggs the Bakers.
